The Ziegenfelder Company is a frozen novelty manufacturer that focuses solely on producing the highest quality frozen ice novelties, commonly referred to as twin pops. We are the largest manufacturer of twin pops in the country with production facilities in Wheeling, WV; Chino, CA; and Denver, CO.

A Ziegenfelder Visual Communications Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Oversees all internal and external facing and creative materials from conception to final delivery.
  • Creates and updates logos for company and brands to ensure consistency.
  • Responsible for staying up to date with marketing/design developments.
  • Responsible for designing all packaging.
  • Manages content creation for social media.
  • Manages and creates internal and external style guide.
  • Designs internal and external messaging visuals.
  • Ability to think strategically when working on projects, design thinking and brainstorming.
  • Provide feedback and opinion on initial requests to ensure brand representation is achieved both internally and externally.
  • Acts a liaison with outsourced printers and vendors on a regular basis to ensure printed materials are of quality. Materials include all marketing merchandise, shirts, banners & infographics, etc.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal marketing team and external marketing agency to ensure consistent creative deadlines are met.
  • Foster initiatives in conjunction with other departments to coordinate overall awareness with marketing efforts that result in greater awareness of organizational priorities and brand consistency.
  • Participates actively in all community events – during work hours and non-work hours
  • Develops, edits, and maintains website content.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or based upon company needs.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design or Digital Media or in leu of degree submission of creative portfolio.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Tools, including Photoshop & Illustrator and Premiere Pro experience preferred
  • Experience with a rapidly growing company and facilities across the country.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of intellectual curiosity, and a passion and desire to understand and improve upon business processes.
  • Ability to instill a positive team environment. Must be able to communicate comfortably with the production associates as well as members of the executive team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to initiate and lead projects. 


  • Standing or sitti g up to 8 hours per day.
  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping actions.
  • Good spatial awareness working around manufacturing equipment.


  • May be subject to noise above 85 decibels with proper protection equipment.
