How soon am I eligible for insurance? 

Employees are eligible for benefits 60 days following date of hire. Benefits become effective the 1st of the following month. 

What benefits are offered? 

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in our 401(k) after one year of service. 

Who am I able to cover on my insurance? 

Employees may cover themselves, their spouse, and their children

How do I access the Employee Assistance Program? 

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is free for all employees, regardless of if the employee is on our insurance. The EAP may be accessed over the phone or via the web. 

How do a refer a friend or family member? 

When referring a friend or family member employees must complete a referral form to qualify for the referral bonus. Referral forms may be obtained from Human Resources.

Am I able to be promoted? 

At Ziegenfelder we pride ourselves on encouraging employee growth both personally and professionally.  Employees can be promoted into roles that fit his or her skillset as the roles become available. 

Will I be required to work overtime? 

Typically, overtime is worked on a voluntary basis.
